We aim to address the pipeline problem in high-tech workforce development by engaging students from an early age, starting in middle school. Our program is dedicated to nurturing the next generation of tech leaders by equipping them with essential resources, opportunities, and support for their success. 

Our program connects students with leading academic experts through a series of immersive summer camps and workshops. These events are hosted on the university campus and local K-12 schools and provide a rich learning experience. 

The program explicitly targets traditionally under-represented groups and underserved geographical areas. We are committed to providing these students with access to a robust educational infrastructure, innovative teaching methods, and invaluable internship opportunities.
